About
Ayoub Abedrabbo
I'm Ayoub, a husband, father, and digital media producer based in Tampa. I run AlphaBravoMedia, where I work on video, photography, and podcasts for businesses, schools, and community organizations. I also share what I learn through tutorials and personal reflections.
I started making videos after high school because I wanted my own channel. At first, I thought it would be fun, and part of me wanted to get popular. But as I kept going, I started thinking about what else I could do with it. I wanted to make something more beneficial, something educational, and something that could benefit people Islamically.
As a Muslim, I believe sharing beneficial knowledge is an ongoing charity. That's a big part of why I teach. It's something I'm good at, and when I learn something useful, I want to pass it on. I read the Quran, Hadith, Islamic books, business books, and books on other subjects. Social media is a powerful way to get a message out there, and I try to use it for that purpose.
Over time, people I was making things for started asking, "Do you charge?" I had been doing it for free, but those conversations eventually became paid work. Today, media production is my livelihood, and I continue to teach for free on YouTube, including tutorials on DaVinci Resolve.
On islam.ayoubabed.xyz, I write personal reflections and lessons I take from reading the Quran and Hadith. When I don't have time to make a video, I write it down and post it as an article.
Getting married changed my outlook on life and the responsibility I have as a man. I feel it has made me more responsible, helped me grow spiritually, and made me a better man. My family is an important part of my life.
I'm also interested in AI. It's new, we're learning how to use it, and it's changing how we do things. I feel blessed to live in the United States, where so much of that work is happening, and I think it can benefit people all over the world. So much of daily life touches a computer, whether through a phone, an application, a website, or communication. We need to learn how to use and understand AI, and I care about it going in the right direction. I use it to help build this website and tools for my media work.
